Lucas came with excess pain throughout his whole body from years of injuries, chronic fatigue and cervical disc issues.
Over 8 months of training, together we worked on the basics to realign his body, increase blood flow and reduce inflammation. There was no ‘one solution’ to his pain, with a combination of strength, stretching, mobility, breathing mechanics & stress management, he is now on the path to a pain free life.

Matt tore his right ACL and had surgery just before starting training with me. His program involved rehabilitation of the whole body, so that the knee was able to heal in a balanced way.
His journey involved strengthening everything around the knee, whole body conditioning to repair after the injury, breathing techniques to promote blood flow as well as calming exercises to increase healing mechanisms.
After 6 months of dedication, his knee is stronger than before and he celebrated with a half marathon. Matt is another great example of a targeted program producing strong results.
Ash came to me with back pain and completed a 12 week block.
His back pain has been relieved with proper core conditioning, breathing corrections and nutritional improvements, so the solution is long term. His diet and lifestyle changes have reduced inflammation and set him up for a pain free life.

I Started off with the idea of exercising but not actually very committed. Wasn’t eating very well. Not exercising except the occasional run here and there. Mentally wasn’t great had no ambition or drive.
